A Cast of Supporting Roles:

Using improv exercises and games, participants experience the skills that make them contributing team members. After practicing building trust within the group, they'll learn how everyone can lead and follow at the same time. We'll look at the ways people communicate and the ways some people block things from moving forward. Workshop attendees will learn the difference between wimping and waffling and how these behaviors keep teams from advancing towards their goal. Finally, participants will learn to accept and build by listening to and supporting their teammates' ideas, then expanding those ideas to produce creative solutions. 


Throw Away the Script:

In today's business world, quick response and adaptability are the keys to success. In this workshop, participants will use improv games and exercises to learn to react quickly and creatively to whatever comes up. You'll learn to not only think outside, but inside, on top of and underneath the box. 


Now Appearing Daily 9-5:

The workplace is often a stressful and stifling environment. Bringing humor to the workplace reduces stress, enhances communication, and brings more creativity to the job. Workshop participants will learn how to have laughs at work while respecting the diversity of the workplace. Pure humor comes from honesty, observation and reaction. It is inclusive and encourages teamwork and creativity. Attendees will some learn games to play at the office and how to tune into their own internal comedy channel.


Doesn't This Drama Have an Intermission?:

Reduce stress using humor and laughter. Laughing is healthy. It aids respiration, relaxes muscles, enhances the immune system, reduces depression, and strengthens the heart muscles to improve cardiac health. Participants will learn how to lighten up, have fun at work and at home, and increase self-confidence.
